Officers with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office investigate the scene of a semi-trailer rollover wreck about 2:10 p.m. Thursday at the on-ramp from new U.S. 59 to northbound I-35 near Ottawa. The driver, Joseph Calhoun, 45, New York state, refused treatment at the scene, a Kansas Highway Patrol spokesman said Friday.
