Nov. 3, 1959

Garfield School, with its seven-year drip, warping warp-boards and a needed addition, came in for its share of discussion at the November meeting of the Ottawa Board of Education last night.

The board will meet with John Shawvner, Salina architect, at the next regular meeting to discuss plans for a proposed addition of four classrooms to the school.
