Incumbent sheriff nabs nearly 69 percent of vote

By JODIE GARCIA, Herald Staff Writer

Anderson County Sheriff Scot Brownrigg won a second term Tuesday night, receiving nearly 69 percent of votes over Republican challenger Paris Stahl.

Brownrigg received 2,428 votes. Stahl received 1,102, according to the Anderson County Clerk’s Office.
