Williamsburg City Council to meet

The Williamsburg City Council will have a special meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday at Williamsburg City Hall, 123 W. William St.

The council will open bids for a waterline improvement project. At 2:30 p.m., members will open bids for a water tower rehabilitation project.
