Safety event offers child seat info for parents, fun for kids

Safety and fun will go hand-in-hand Saturday as state, county and city law enforcement and firefighters come together for a child seat safety day in Ottawa.

Officers and certified child passenger safety technicians will help parents, grandparents and others be sure their seats are installed properly.
