ANDERSON COUNTY HOSPITAL

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment announced Oct. 8 that after spending four days surveying Anderson County Hospital, no deficiencies were found.

KDHE surveyors arrived on site without notice and immediately began the survey process. They reviewed all areas of patient care, inspected the maintenance of the facility and interviewed staff and patients. All hospital policies and procedures were scrutinized to ensure compliance with KDHE Standards of Care. Surveyors also reviewed past and current patient care records.
