PHILLIPS- BEAUCHAMP

Charles and Diana Phillips, Wamego, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Phillips, Ottawa, to Theodore Beauchamp, Ottawa.

He is the son of Gene and Stephanie Beauchamp, Pomona.

She graduated from Wamego High School in 2002 and Kansas State University in 2006 in early childhood education. She works as a special education teacher at Spring Hill Elementary.

He graduated from Ottawa High School in 2002 and Kansas State University in 2006 in mathematics. He works as an engineer at AccelPak, Inc. in Ottawa.

The wedding is scheduled for Nov. 28, 2009, at Faith Lutheran Church in Ottawa.
