• EDITORIAL — The city commissioners discussed the problem of parking in Ottawa at the regular weekly meeting last night at City Hall.

Inspection will be made at several points to determine what can be done to provide more parking spaces and to encourage more consistent use of the free parking lot on Hickory Street between Second and Third streets.
