Pastor case dismissed

I have written in the past about responsible reporting. Regrettably, here is another one.

By now every reader of The Ottawa Herald knows that Pastor Kent Mathews was accused of malfeasance involving a parishioner’s coin collection during a move. It is sad that The Herald’s articles have had such an accusatory spin including the Nov. 19 headline, “Theft Case Dropped.”
