RUSSEL C. WEMMER

Russel C. Wemmer, 94, Sedan, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Okla. Services will be 1 p.m. at the Greenwood Cemetery, Sedan.

He was born Nov. 4, 1915, in Chautauqua County to Benjamin H. and Laura S. (Williams) Wemmer.
