Franklin County Emergency Management workers lift Kenneth Jackson onto a stretcher Monday afternoon at Jackson Welding Co., 3332 Nebraska Road, Ottawa. Jackson was released from the Overland Park Regional Medical Center Monday after it was determined he had no major injuries.
