Officers with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office investigate a motorcycle wreck fatality Sunday morning near the intersection of Vermont and Thomas roads, north of Wellsville. Lt. Curtis Hall with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call at 7:29 a.m. for a single-vehicle accident. “A motorcycle with one occupant was traveling southbound on Vermont Road and lost control on the curve,” Hall said. More information will be available following the investigation.
