By COURTNEY SERVAES, Herald Staff Writer

A 51-year-old Wellsville man is set to appear in court later this week on charges of manslaughter, following a July car accident that left an Ottawa man dead.

Roger Neal Shaw was arrested and booked into Franklin County Jail Sunday for his involvement in a truck-motorcycle wreck in July that resulted in the death of 21-year-old Aaron Kichler. Shaw remained in jail Monday on $75,000 bond.
