WILLIAMSBURG — As long as she can remember, Williamsburg Community Library Director Jenny Milliken has gone to her 90-year-old grandma’s house in Melvern to celebrate Christmas Eve with food, laughter and presents.

But she remembers one year in particular when the food also was used as decorations.
