RALPH L. TILTON

Ralph L. Tilton, 91, Garnett, died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at the Golden Heights in Garnett. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett.

He was born Aug. 23, 1918, at Mont Ida to Roy and Hazel (Hartman) Tilton.

He graduated from Welda High School.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He married Alice Betty Caldwell Nov. 10, 1939, at Iola. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include daughter, Carol Ann Feuerborn, Garnett; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Gates.

Burial will follow services at the Garnett Cemetery. The family will meet with friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or to Golden Heights and sent in care of Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, P.O. Box 408, Garnett KS 66032.
