Deadline extended after snow

Recent inclement weather has shifted an application deadline.

The cost share application deadline for state fiscal year 2014 funding has been extended to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Franklin County Conservation District, 343 W. 23rd St., Ottawa. Funds are expected to be available for cost share projects, including new terraces, waterways, diversions, pasture/hayland renovation, home septic system repairs and interior cross fence. Ponds are not covered by this program.
