Newcomer leads city vote, incumbents re-elected

Ottawa City Commission incumbents Linda Reed and Jeff Richards said they are hopeful their re-elections Tuesday night are a sign Ottawa residents think the city is on the right course.

Reed and Richards joined frontrunner Mike Skidmore as the top three vote-getters Tuesday night to claim the three open seats on the city commission.
