• 4:38 p.m. Saturday, 700 block of Walnut Street, Kenneth Bowers, 37, Vassar, on suspicion of no insurance, after committing a traffic infraction.

Thefts

• 7:59 p.m. Saturday, Casey’s General Store, 210 E. Franklin St., Pomona, received a report that items valued at $5.18 were stolen at the store by a known individual. A report was being forwarded to the Franklin County Attorney’s Office.

• 10 p.m. Saturday, Dollar General, 409 W. Franklin St., Pomona, received a report of a theft at the store. Estimated loss was $1.

Accidents

• 1:40 p.m. Saturday, 2100 block of U.S. 59, Ottawa, a 2005 Ram 3500 driven by Michael Mills, 42, Garnett, was southbound on U.S. 59 when it struck a hay bale that fell off a vehicle being driven by Misty Emery, 26, Ottawa. No injuries were reported.

• 10:38 p.m. Friday, 700 block of South Princeton Street, a 33-year-old Ottawa woman reported unknown suspects made a criminal threat.

• 2:16 a.m. Saturday, 1400 block of South Main Street, Melissa Stelzer, 46, Princeton, was issued a notice to appear on suspicion of possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance, after being contacted on a traffic stop.

• 6:18 p.m. Saturday, 200 block of West 15th Street, Jacob Petersen, 18, Williamsburg, was cited and released on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, after committing a traffic infraction.

• 12:40 a.m. Sunday, 900 block of East Ninth Street, a 28-year-old Ottawa woman reported a known 33-year-old Gardner man violated a protection order and caused damage to property. Case is under investigation.

• Sunday, Ash Street, an Ottawa woman reported abuse of a minor.

• 8:46 p.m. Friday, 900 block of East Wilson Street, a 26-year-old Ottawa woman reported known suspects entered her room and stole items.

• 1:02 a.m. Sunday, Casey’s General Store, 940 N. Main St., received a report that unknown suspects stole motor fuel.

• 2:19 p.m. Sunday, Casey’s General Store, 940 N. Main St., a 26-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone used her debit card without her permission.

• 2:19 p.m. Sunday, Price Chopper, 120 E. 19th St., a 26-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone used her debit card without her permission.

• 7:10 p.m. Sunday, 700 block of South Cedar Street, a 44-year-old Ottawa man reported unknown suspects stole property from his yard.

• 5:39 a.m. Monday, Sonic, 1535 S. Main St., a 34-year-old Ottawa man reported a known subject stole money from the business. Case is under investigation.

• 3:08 p.m. Friday, Ottawa school district office, 1404 S. Ash St., Brodie Finch, 18, Ottawa, reported an unknown subject struck her 2009 Honda passenger car and left the scene.

• 10:41 a.m. Sunday, 700 block of South Cedar Street, a 2003 Toyota passenger car driven by Terry Moore, 46, Ottawa, struck a 2015 Jeep sport utility vehicle driven by Brooke Bell, 36, Wellsville. No injuries were reported. Moore was cited for inattentive driving.
