• 2:41 p.m. Thursday, 1400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Brenden Robbins, 21, Lawrence, for probation violation.

• 8:12 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of W. Third St., Lane, Jody Rayl, 49, Osawatomie, for domestic battery, criminal restraint, criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia after being involved in a physical altercation with a 41-year-old Osawatomie female.


• 7:12 a.m. Wednesday, 4400 block of Vermont Road, Wellsville, a 34-year-old Wellsville female reported someone entered two of her unlocked vehicles sometime overnight and stole several items.


• 10:49 a.m. Wednesday, 200 block of E. Franklin St., Pomona, a 21-year-old Overbrook female reported she was strangled on Jan, 1, 2018, by her boyfriend, a 22-year-old Pomona male.

• 1:39 p.m. Thursday, 1800 block of Indiana Road, a 29-year-old Ottawa male found a firearm inside of a barn. The firearm was collected for safekeeping.

• 10 a.m. Tuesday, 700 block of W Second St., Ottawa, Steven Burkhart 38 for a criminal threat and battery. The investigation and arrest were completed by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

• 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, 1700 block of S. Willow St., Ottawa, Lonny Clark, 30, for pedestrian under the influence and disorderly conduct when he was contacted by officers after several reports of him being unruly.

• 2:14 p.m. Tuesday, 400 block of S. Maple, a 17 year old Ottawa male for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernali and a child in need of care after being contacted on a call for service for suspicious activity.


• 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, 900 block of N. Main St., a 60-year-old Ottawa male reported that an unknown suspect pointed a gun at him while driving down the roadway.

• 2:23 p.m. Thursday, 700 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, a 44-year-old Lawrence male reported a past sex crime.

• Thursday, 1000 block of S. Willow St., Ottawa, a 12-year-old Ottawa female was taken into custody after battering a 43-year-old Ottawa female and a 71-year-old Ottawa female.


• 6:52 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of S. Hickory St., Ottawa, a 59-year-old Ottawa male reported the theft of items from a vehicle by an unknown suspect.
