• 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Darren Dicenzo, 46, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Jay Rogers Sr., 55, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 11:24 p.m. Wednesday, Franklin and Tyler Streets, Pomona, Hillary Ott-Jensen, 28, Vassar, was arrested and released on a notice to appear for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia resulting from a traffic stop.

• 2:25 p.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Jennifer Whitworth, 39, Ottawa, on a Franklin County failure to appear warrant.

Incidents

• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, 2600 block of Tennessee Terrace, a 47-year-old Louisburg male reported a 2013 Kenworth burned sometime over the past two weeks.

• 10:42 a.m. Wednesday, 2200 block of Riley Road, a 52-year-old Ottawa male reported a neighbor’s dogs possibly killed some of his livestock.

Theft

• 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, 600 block of W. Third St., Lane, a City of Lane employee reported an unknown person burglarized a building owned by the city.

• 12:19 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, Shawn Coleman, 25, Ottawa, for theft of items from store.

• 4:33 p.m. Thursday, 800 block of W. Ninth St., Ottawa, Ferris A. Fuller, 31, Lawrence, for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia after being contacted during a separate investigation.

Incidents

• 2:27 p.m. Thursday, 700 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, The Department for Children and Families reported a past sex crime involving a juvenile.

• No time, Thursday, 1200 block of Ash St., a 54-year-old Ottawa female reported a 13 year old Ottawa juvenile as a runaway. The juvenile was later located.
