• 7:22 p.m. Sunday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Ashley Sawyer, 33, Lawrence, for a Franklin County failure to appear warrant.


• 11:25 a.m. Thursday, 300 block of N. Center Ave., Williamsburg, a 31-year-old Williamsburg female reported a MTD Yardmachine riding lawn mower was taken from her residence.


• 4:36 a.m. Friday, 4400 block of I-35, Wellsville, Lisa Nanninga, 47, Ottawa, was northbound in a 2012 Dodge Journey when she struck a deer.

• 5:53 p.m. Friday, 900 block of K-68, Pomona, Irish Masters, 20, Burlingame, was westbound in a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado when he hit Harold Fisher, 66, Quenemo, from behind.

• 10:21 p.m. Friday, 4700 block of K-68, Wellsville, Ashton Seichepine, 26, Ottawa, was westbound in a 2017 Dodge Durango when she struck a deer.

• 9:51 a.m. Sunday, 1400 block of Vermont Road, Corey Powell, 22, Lane, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu owned by Chelsea Snow, 28, Lane, when he swerved to avoid a deer. Corey lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road striking the guardrail and trees.

• 10:59 a.m. Sunday, 1400 block of K-68, Ottawa, Chad Conus, 45, Ottawa, was driving a Pontiac Aztek and sideswiped a Volkswagen Jetta driven by Michael Cathcard, 25, Lebo. Conus attempted to pass on the left as Cathcard was making a left hand turn onto Idaho.


• 12:40 a.m. Friday, 4100 block of Kentucky Terrace, Ottawa, an 18-year-old Ottawa female reported a 19-year-old Iola male had threatened her. He was contacted and warned against trespassing onto family property. A report was forwarded to the county attorney for review.

• 7:01 a.m. Saturday, 200 block of Franklin St., Pomona, a broken front window to the Wil-Mart Gas station was discovered.

• 9:57 a.m. Saturday, 4100 block of Tennessee Road, Wellsville, a Wellsville 61-year-old male, reported sometime Friday night two vehicle tires and a tire on a jet ski trailer were slashed.


• 1:17 p.m. Saturday, 3400 block of Florida Road, Ottawa, a resident reported a trailer stolen. The trailer was recovered a short time later

• 2:47 p.m. Saturday, 500 block of W. Sixth St., Ottawa, Joshua Hoyt, 31, homeless, for driving under the influence, driving while suspended and no insurance after being contacted on a traffic stop.

• 6 p.m. Saturday, 200 W. Fifth St., Ottawa, Scott Mesik, 50, Ottawa, for driving under the influence after being contacted on a traffic stop.

• 2:01 p.m. Sunday, 100 S. Cedar St., Ottawa, Tylor Donley, 33, Ottawa, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 3:30 p.m. Sunday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Brandon Reed, 26, Kansas City, Missouri, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 5:48 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, Diana Devorss, 31, Ottawa, for driving under the influence and transporting an open container after a call for service.


• 5:50 p.m. Friday, 2100 S. Princeton St., Ottawa, a 24-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown suspect struck two vehicles and left the scene.

• 12:02 a.m. Tuesday, 300 block of W. 23rd St., Ottawa, an unknown individual damaged property. Case is under investigation.


• 5:31 p.m. Tuesday, 100 block of E. 23rd St., Ottawa, Berenita Conley, 82, Wichita, was driving a 2017 Ford sport utility vehicle and struck a 2012 Ford sport utility vehicle driven by a 15 year-old Ottawa male. Conley was cited for failure to yield.
