• 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, 2400 block of Greenwood Drive, Eric Sherpy, 40, Ottawa, for domestic battery after a previous altercation was reported.

• 1 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, James Lee, 50, Ottawa, for trafficking contraband into a correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Franklin County probation violation warrant.

• 12:54 p.m. Thursday, 600 block of N. Hemlock St., Ottawa, Katelyn Durso, 18, Ottawa, for driving while suspended.

Accidents

• 12:45 p.m. Monday, 1300 block of I-35, Jerame Cuthbertson, 38, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was southbound when he lost control of his 2007 Nissan Titan due to ice and struck a bridge rail and a guardrail.

• 1:41 p.m. Monday, 1300 block of I-35, Christopher D Altis, 28, Emporia, was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to ice, causing it to leave the roadway and strike the ditch.

• 3:05 p.m. Tuesday, 4000 block of US-59, Cody Christenson, 32, Quenemo, lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway striking a ditch.

• 4:28 a.m. Wednesday, 1200 block of K-68, Goldie Seaton, 62, Ottawa, was westbound in a Chevrolet Impala when she struck a deer.

• 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, 3900 I-35, Sharon Stubblefield, 60, Chanute, was northbound in a 2003 Grand Prix when she slowed to make a left turn into the median and was struck from behind by Benjamin Blood, 36, Iowa in a 2018 Nissan Titan. Stubblefield was transported to AdventHealth Ottawa for treatment.

Thefts

• 9:50 a.m. Monday, 3700 block of K-33, Sean Breithaupt, 49, Wellsville, reported checks were stolen from his mailbox on Oct. 7.

• 5:35 p.m. Wednesday, 4500 block of Meadow Lane, a 57-year-old Wellsville man reported a 2017 Ford Focus was stolen by a known person.

• 10:24 a.m. Thursday, 4500 block of Reese Drive, Wellsville, a 47-year-old Wellsville woman reported an unknown black woman and white man stole items from several of her vehicles.

Incidents

• 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Joseph Bishop, 26, Ottawa, damaged a kiosk while incarcerated at the Franklin County Jail.

• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of N. Baldwin St., Richmond, a 28-year-old Richmond woman reported being involved in a physical confrontation with a 24-year-old Ottawa man.

• 4:38 p.m. Wednesday, 900 block of S. Cherry St., Ottawa, Ashley Cavender, 26, Rogers, Arkansas, for an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 2:45 a.m. Thursday, 200 block of S. Oak St., Ottawa, Jacob Hamic, 21, Ottawa, for pedestrian under the influence and disorderly conduct after being contacted on a call for service.

• 2:44 a.m. Thursday, 300 block of S. Hickory St., Ottawa, Zakary Arbuckle, 26, Ottawa, for DUI after committing a traffic infraction.

Accidents

• 10:43 a.m. Saturday, 500 block of W. Ninth St., Ottawa, a 58-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect struck his 1972 GMC and left the scene. Case is under investigation.

• 8:03 a.m. Saturday, 1300 block of S. Olive St., Ottawa, a 26 year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown vehicle struck her 2014 Nissan SUV and left the scene.

• 7:32 a.m. Sunday, 1700 block of Eisenhower Ave., Ottawa, Amber Gregory, 32, Ottawa, was northbound in a 2008 Pontiac when she lost control and struck a southbound 2014 Kia driven by Carol Simmons, 67, Vassar. Simmons was transported to AdventHealth Ottawa for treatment of possible injuries. Gregory was cited for basic speed.

• 9:23 a.m. Sunday, 1100 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, Westonn Roth, 24, Ottawa, was northbound when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a traffic sign owned by the City of Ottawa. Roth was cited for basic speed.

• 9:12 a.m. Monday, 1300 W. 15th St., Ottawa, Dotson Bradbury, 73, Pomona, was driving a 2014 Toyota and struck a 2018 UPS truck being driven by Adam Linck, a 36, Ottawa. Bradbury was cited for inattentive driving.

• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, 2100 block of S. Princeton, Ottawa, a 40-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unkown suspect hit a 2016 Dodge owned by COF Training Services and left the scene. Case is under investigation.

• 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, 800 block of E. Seventh St., Ottawa, Danielle Fulmer, 35, Ottawa, was westbound in a 2019 Kia when she struck a 2005 Chevrolet that was legally parked. Fulmer then left the scene and was contacted by officers. Case is under investigation.

• 8:59 a.m. Monday, 1500 block of S. Elm St., Ottawa, a 68-year-old Ottawa woman was found deceased.

• 6:24 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, a 23-year-old Ottawa woman reported a past violation of protection order.

• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 28-year-old Richmond- woman reported being battered by a known 24-year-old Ottawa man. Case is under investigation.

• 10:45 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, a 32-year-old Lawrence man reported an unknown suspect damaged a sign at a business.

• 10:30 p.m. Thursday, 1000 block of S. Locust St., Ottawa, a 26-year-old Ottawa woman reported a known man committed aggravated battery, criminal restraint and criminal deprivation after an altercation. Case is under investigation.

• 11:24 a.m. Saturday, 300 block of S. Walnut St., Ottawa, a 75-year old Ottawa woman reported theft and aggravated burglary. Case is under investigation.

• 9:18 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of N. Cedar St., Ottawa, a 46-year-old Ottawa man reported the theft of a license plat

• 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, 2300 block of S. Cedar St., Ottawa, a 64-year-old Pomona woman reported a known subject used her card without her permission. Case is under investigation.
