The seventh-ranked Ottawa University men’s basketball team hit some adversity this week with losses in back-to-back games.

Oklahoma Wesleyan topped the Braves, 90-80, on Wednesday in Bartlesville, Okla. The two teams are tied for the KCAC lead with 10-3 records. Ottawa (16-3) plays Southwestern at 5 p.m. Saturday at home. Ottawa began the week with a two-game lead but fell to McPherson on Monday.

The Lady Braves (4-12. 4-9) began the second half of the KCAC schedule with a 62-60 win over Oklahoma Wesleyan for their second straight victory.
