• 11:50 a.m. Monday, 1140 N. Main St., Ottawa, Allen Kunard, 55, Ottawa was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of meth and driving while suspended. While searching Allen he was found to be in possession of brass knuckles. Allen was charged with criminal carrying of a weapon.


• 11:12 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Rebecca Riley, 40, Lenexa, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.


• 12:17 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, David L. Bohlken Jr., 41, Osawatomie, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.


• 7:08 a.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Cody Wayne Farrar, 33, Pomona was arrested on three Franklin County probation violation warrants.


• 2:48 p.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Jeremy Duane Manheim, 33, Ottawa arrested on Franklin County failure to appear warrant.


• 11:12 p.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Kayla Underwood, 31, Ottawa, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, and driving while suspended.


• 12:17 p.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Karen Foltz, 27, Ottawa, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for felony failure to appear.


Incidents


• 3:49 p.m. Thursday, 618 4th Street, Lane, a 42-year-old Lane woman reported damage to her above-ground pool. Damage estimated at $100.

Arrests


• 12:19 p.m. Wednesday, 200 S. Main Street,Ottawa, Sara Griffin, 38, homeless, was arrested in connection with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after being contacted by officers on a call for service.


• 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, 600 S. Burrough Street, Ottawa, Michael Logan, 28, Ottawa, was arrested in connection with aggravated felon in possession of a firearm, felony interference with law enforcement, domestic battery, criminal damage to property (domestic), theft of property, possession of drug paraphernalia after being involved in a domestic disturbance with a known Ottawa, Kansas female and then fleeing from officers on foot.


• 8:26 p.m. Thursday, 940 N. Main Street (Casey’s General Store), Ottawa, Ronald Criqui, 59, Ottawa, was arrested in connection with disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance. Criqui was released on a notice to appear.


• 8:26 p.m. Thursday, 940 N. Main Street (Casey’s General Store), Ottawa, Stacy Vansickle, 59 Ottawa, was arrested in connection with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after being contact by law enforcement and causing a disturbance. Vansickle was released on a notice to appear.


Accidents


• 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, 900 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Nicole Burroughs, 33, Ottawa, was driving a 2014 Chevrolet and was struck by a 2002 Dodge driven by Nathan Sheldon, 20, Ottawa. Burroughs was cited for failure to yield to oncoming traffic and no proof of insurance.


• 10:47 p.m. Thursday, 1000 W. Keokuk Street,Ottawa, Rebecca Slavens, 38, Pomona, was driving a 2012 Dodge and struck a 2010 Honda driven by a 17-year-old female. The 17-year-old female was cited for failing to yield, Slavens was cited for no proof of insurance

• Unknown time, Monday, 400 W. 4th Street, a 15 year-old Ottawa juvenile reported being bitten by a dog. Case is under investigation.


• 7:25 p.m. Monday, 321 N. Center St., Williamsburg, altercation between Tammy Brown and Tiffany Fernandez, both of Williamsburg.


• 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, 500 S. Locust Street, Ottawa, a known suspect is suspected of felony interference with law enforcement and a known suspect is suspected of being a felon in possession of a weapon. Case is under investigation.


• 5:56 p.m. Thursday, 900 N. Mulberry Street, Ottawa, a known homeless man is suspected of felony interference with law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia after fleeing from officers on foot. Case is under investigation.


• 7:08 p.m. Thursday, 600 N. Poplar Street, Ottawa, a known Ottawa woman is suspected of distribution of methamphetamine and possessing drug paraphernalia. Case is under investigation.

• 1:40 p.m. Monday, 800 block of N. King, Ottawa, a 32-year-old Ottawa woman reported theft. Case is under investigation.


• 2 p.m. Monday, 400 block of W. 4th St, Ottawa, a 25-year-old Ottawa man reported theft. Case is under investigation.


• 9:47 p.m. Monday, 2340 S. Oak Street (Applebee’s), Ottawa, a 34-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown subject stole his vehicle. Case is under investigation.


• 8:20 p.m. Monday, 2101 S. Princeton Street (Walmart),Ottawa, a 60-year-old Pomona man reported an unknown subject stole his wheel from the business.


• 8:07 p.m. Monday, 1301 N. Davis Avenue (American Eagle), Ottawa, a 25-year-old Iola woman reported a known subject stole items. Case is under investigation.


• 8:29 p.m. Thursday, 2101 S. Princeton Street (Walmart),Ottawa, Alicia Stofko, 37, Ottawa, was arrested in connection with theft, fleeing and eluding, driving while suspended, no insurance after fleeing from officers.


• 10:29 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 N. Cedar Street, Ottawa, a 60-year-old Ottawa man reported that an unknown suspect stole property.


• 12:11 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 S. Willow Street, Ottawa, a 78-year-old Ottawa woman reported that a known suspect stole property from a rental house. Case is under investigation.


• 10:13 a.m. Thursday, 100 E. 19th Street, Ottawa, a 32-year-old Ottawa woman reported that a known suspect used her financial card to make purchases without permission. Case is under investigation.
