Joyce Coll obituary

Mrs. Joyce Kaye Peed Coll, 71 of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, at her residence.

The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home, Saturday, Feb. 20,  2021, from 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021 from the Chapel of  J. She was born June 12, 1949, in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of the late Mr. Charles Peed and the late Mrs. Maxine Thompson Peed. 

After high School, she attended Business School. She worked for Norfolk Southern Railway for 34 years, where she retired as the assistant to the vice president of the Mechanical Department. She enjoyed arts and crafts, Mexican Food, Shopping, and she was a huge Elvis fan. She loved her family and her dogs and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Kenny Ross, of Villa Rica;  three grandchildren, Kyle and Emily Ross, Katlyn Ross and Lila Ross; one great-grandson, Tyson Ross; brother and sister-in-law, Francis Peed and Midge Ransom, of Pomona, Kansas.
