In a statement released Thursday, Ottawa Police Department officials confirmed Garrett Russell’s car, a white, 2000-model Toyota Camry, was found in Linn County.

Joseph ‘Bernard’ Loftus Joseph ‘Bernard’ Loftus, 91 of Overland Park, KS took his final breath the morning of August 25, 2022, after a short stay in Olathe Hospice House. Bernard was born Feburary 4th, 1931 to John ‘Jack’ and Philomena (Schalk) Loftus, a farming family in Richmond, KS.
