The West Franklin boys basketball team finished the Ike Cearfoss Tournament with a successful effort Friday in the seventh-place game. The Falcons topped KC Christian, 47-43.

Two Ottawa University volleyball players were selected to the 2022 NAIA Women’s Volleyball All-American teams. Kaitlyn Haller and Radaisy Valdez were honorable mention All-Americans.

The Ottawa University women’s basketball team is back in the win column after falling in three of its previous four games. The Lady Braves overwhelmed Avila, 5338, Saturday in Wilson Field House.

It was another buzzer-beater game for the Ottawa University men’s basketball team. In six of the eight conference games, the finish came down to the final shot.
