Ottawa police officers are joining other law enforcement officers across the state through June 2 as part of the Kansas Department of Transportation’s Memorial Day Click It or Ticket campaign.During the Click It or Ticket campaign, all Kansas traffic laws will be enforced, but the primary focus will be on adult seat belt usage and child safety laws.
