Proposed wastewater, water rate increases up for discussion by commission

Ottawa City commissioners were expected to meet on Monday to discuss draft versions of two resolutions which, if adopted, would raise city wastewater and water rates later this year. During Monday’s study session, commissioners are expected to further discuss the need to raise utility rates as they have during several previous meetings.
