Vets’ Day celebration today
The 23rd-annual Ottawa Veterans Day celebration and parade takes place today. An opening ceremony is planned for 10:30 this morning at the Veterans Memorial at 4th and Main streets followed by the annual parade at 10:45 through downtown Ottawa.
