Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards provided some insight to Franklin County commissioners last week a day after the sheriff’s office was involved in a pursuit on Interstate 35.The incident, which started in Franklin County, eventually led to shots fired by a suspect and a manhunt involving multiple law enforcement agencies before two men were in custody.
