Ottawa city commissioners received an update Wednesday on a sinkhole that opened up earlier this month, closing the intersection at 10th and Burrough.Ottawa City Manager Brian Silcott said the city’s engineer had developed a quick and permanent solution to replace the 54-inch storm drain.
