The Ottawa University volleyball took a big step toward capturing the KCAC regular season title with a five-set win over Oklahoma Wesleyan. The two teams went into the match undefeated in conference play and were two of the hottest teams in the NAIA.

Ottawa University track and field athletes Jaylan Washington, Jacob Ludwick and Laurel Barber all earned medals representing Team USA at the 2022 FISU America Games in Merida, Mexico. Ludwick and Washington earning silver medals in their respective events. Barber earned a bronze medal.
e Ottawa and Wellsville cross country teams will be represented at the state meet. Wellsville standout Nash McDaniel, who just missed qualifying a year ago, finished fifth in the tough Council Grove regional.
