This week, the Elizabeth Layton Center’s staff and counselors are the recipients of our “Donuts for Do-Gooders.” Since 1958, the Elizabeth Layton Center has provided mental health and substance-abuse counseling and support services to thousands in Franklin County, and in Miami County since 2006.
