LeRoy (Roy) Leland Kramer, 85, Ottawa, KS, passed away Friday January 7, 2022.
A celebration of life will start at 2 pm ending at 5pm Thursday January 13, 2022, at the Village Event Venue, 528 E 4th Street, Tonganoxie, KS 66086.
LeRoy was born April 21, 1936, in Tonganoxie, KS, the son of Fred and Elma (Pickens) Kramer. LeRoy was a lifelong Christian with a strong love for God. He was a hard-working man who started out with the Union Pacific Railroad and worked many different jobs until his retirement. In his retirement he shared his love of singing, country and western music doing Karaoke in Nursing Homes. He was a kind, well respected man. If he told you he was going to do something, you could consider it done. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his 12 siblings. He was united in marriage to Violet (Bazan) Kramer on October 11, 1975, in Pasadena, CA. His family knows he is at peace and has been reunited with his family in Heaven. Ottawa, KS; one daughter, Sherry Bowers, Ottawa, KS; four sons, Terry Eugene Kramer, Monrovia, CA, Gerald LeRoy Kramer, Ottawa, KS, Larry Dean Kramer, Grass Valley, CA, Steve Leland Kramer, Winfield, KS; 13 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
